The download link is a specially encoded internet address you use for downloading your product. You receive the download link by e-mail after having accomplished the clearing process for your product. Normally you then can click directly on the download link to start the download. If your e-mail client does not allow this, please highlight the complete link (including the combination of numerals and letters) and enter it by means of copy-and-paste into the address field of your browser. Entering the download link by hand is only recommended in exeptional situations.

Validity: The download link has a validity of 48 hours from clearing and can only be used once. As soon as a download for a particular link has been started, the link looses its validity, even if the download is not successfully finished. By means of your license key you can clear another download link.
