Open the e-mail containing the download link and click onto the link. A browser window will be opened automatically and a download dialog will appear. Accomplish the download as usual and save the file to your hard disk. After finishing the download you can close the remaining window. Delivery by Nanoways is completed at this point. Open and use the file containing your product according to manufacturers' instructions.

Note: Validity of a download link is limited to 48 hours and one-time use. If the product is not being downloaded within this period or the download is not completed successfully, it is necessary to clear another download link, which then can be used to start over downloading again.
